Objectives and Key Results?
An Objective and Key Result (OKR) is a collaborative goal-setting tool used by teams and individuals to set stretch goals with measurable results. OKRs enable you to track progress, ensure alignment, and drive engagement around measurable goals with your teams and organizations.
Quarterly Site OKRs
Each quarter, your senior leadership team develops an OKR for their site. Then, through focused effort, training, and regular communication the entire site drives for success on that quarter’s OKR.
Training and Coaching to help you win
We have plenty to support available for you. In addition to the quarterly training events, you also have the opportunity to attend courses through Leadership Edge as well as get feedback from a coach.
